Thanks for connecting at IAAPA Expo in Barcelona!

Experience design and engineering stretches beyond the ride or attraction with vehicles and technologies. It also encompasses the storyline and visitor experience during queue lines, the IP and characters, and the entire themed area. It combines the scenography of movies, the drama of theatres and the animation of games.

During the press conference on the first day of IAAPA Expo team BoldMove proudly announced two exciting projects that made a big 'splash' in the industry.

Firstly the new media dark ride at Hunderfossen in Norway, featuring the first Rogue Rides trackless vehicles for installation in Spring 2026.

Hogne Hostmaelingen, Hunderfossen's Park Manager, comments: "In view of the compact space we have in the existing building, the trackless ride system of Rogue Rides has proven in our tests to be the most suitable on the market. We are not limited by infrastructural restrictions and can create a BIG experience on a small surface with maximum flexibility. The story already builds up in the preshow with the innovative motion of the vehicles being an important part of the overall dark ride experience."

The other fun announcement is the Spinfinity Coaster Splash, a world-first ride experience using the adrenaline of a coaster with the refreshing energy of a water adventure. Families and friends ride face-to-face, sharing every scream, laugh, and splash together. The first installation is planned by 2028 in a French waterpark.
